  I could not have been more pleased with the service and help from this store, and the fact that the store is kosher made it even better! Because I was sending an arrangement to a friend for a shiva, being kosher was an added plus. ALL of the fruit in the arrangement was extremely fresh and simply delicious! The employees were very sweet and catered to everything I wanted and more. If I were to do it all over again I would settle for nothing less but Edible Arrangements Plainview!

  I like edible arrangements but would never use this particular shop again. Months ago I purchased an arrangement for my parents 55th anniversary. They were to call first and deliver early. Well they called but did not leave a message or my parents would have picked up. They then went out and returned to find a note. They called the shop and were told it would be delivered later. It was not. The next day my dad drove over and picked it up. So not only was it not on time but I have made several complaints and gotten no where. The owner I believe his name is Brett was to return my delivery fee since my dad picked it up and wanted to give me a coupon. Neither has been done and it is 2 months later. I still want want my delivery charge refunded and then some. As for the coupon he can keep it because I would not purchase from his particular shop again!!!
